Senior Python Developer

Engineering Vietnam (Remote/Hybrid) (Remote) Contract

Position Summary

As a Senior Python Developer, you will build secure and scalable backend systems. You will work closely with data teams and frontend engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions, often integrating AI/ML capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-performance asynchronous APIs using FastAPI and robust web applications with Django.
Implement background task processing pipelines using Celery and Redis.
Design database schemas and optimize SQL queries using SQLAlchemy or Django ORM.
Integrate Data Science and ML models into production environments.
Ensure code quality through strict linting (Ruff/Black) and automated testing (PyTest).
Deploy applications using Docker and orchestrate services in a cloud environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of Python development experience.
Deep knowledge of FastAPI (AsyncIO) or Django frameworks.
Strong understanding of REST APIs and Microservices architecture.
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and serverless functions.
