Senior Business Analyst

Product & Design Vietnam (Remote/Hybrid) (Hybrid) Contract

Position Summary

We need a Senior Business Analyst to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate business needs into technical specifications. You will work closely with stakeholders and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements via user stories.
Create detailed process flows (BPMN), data models, and wireframes.
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap.
Act as a proxy Product Owner, managing the backlog and sprint priorities.
Collaborate with QA to verify product quality against acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a technical background.
Excellent documentation and communication skills in English.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira/Confluence).
